Great experience with Bolt Electric this morning. Wendy got us scheduled right away and kept in communication with us until our tech arrived. Ronnie, our tech, was friendly, upfront, honest, and got our project done quickly with a more than reasonable price while also making sure we understood everything he was doing. I could not have been more happy with the experience. As a new home owner trying to figure out which companies to trust when help is needed I am so thankful that Bolt Electric is who I contacted. Great service and fair pricing. Had a microwave that kept failing and the tripper switch in the box wasn’t flipping. Turned out the problem was a connected outlet that had grounded the neutral and only allowed 106 watts to the microwave. I would never have figured this out. It was money well spent.
