Shape Early, a Berkshire‑based community initiative soon becoming a charity, works to foster lasting resilience throughout life’s changes. Although its long‑term aim spans all transitions, the current focus is early childhood. The inaugural Early Childhood Compass pilot offers practical, compassionate assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, helping them move through this foundational stage with clear guidance, stronger connections and renewed confidence. The organisation believes support should be provided before a crisis arises, not merely after it occurs.
